But the time from ordering and receiving, the book ended up getting scratched heavily in one quarter-size area on the front. It was not worth the time and effort to get an exchange, but I was disappointed in the state of the book when it arrived in the mail.||'... with its good, flowing English (easy for students to understand), clear layout - especially of equations, and ample examples of real practical cases, this book has very few faults. I have no hesitation in recommending this book for use in UK universities
